1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any Totality service — including our logistics platform, energy solutions, storage services, or website — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse our platform, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorised access.

3. Logistics & Delivery

• Totality will make reasonable efforts to deliver packages within the estimated timeframes.
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (traffic, weather, force majeure).
• Prohibited items (hazardous materials, illegal goods) must not be sent via our platform.
• Proof of delivery may be collected electronically or physically at our discretion.

4. Payments & Fees

• All prices are displayed in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is due at the time of order confirmation.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable prior notice.
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy and will be processed within 7 business days where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Totality platform are the exclusive property of Totality or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Totality shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uganda. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Ugandan courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
